Fallon Livestock Exchange, Inc. works hard to provide all of our consignors, services that are second to none. We begin by receiving livestock several days prior to sale day. We feed locally grown alfalfa hay, and have fresh deep well water in every pen. (No city or treated water.) Your livestock will eat and drink soon after arrival. With a majority of the livestock coming in on Tuesday, Sale Day! Just as a reminder to our sheep, goat, and pigs consignors you must have your animals here by no later than 10:00 A.M. on Tuesdays. When sale time comes, your livestock will have been sized, sorted, and classed by our marketing staff into groups from one to as many that fit into that group, helping you achieve full market value for your livestock from competitive bidding. Our sale barn is equipped with a ring scale, theater style seating for up to 200 people, heated and air conditioned for your comfort. A computer generated reader board showing total weight, average weight, bid price etc… Sellers can go to the office immediately after their livestock have sold and receive payment from our bonded custodial account. Buyers also can go to the office after they are done buying and pay for their purchases and pick up paperwork to take their livestock home. Fallon Livestock Exchange, Inc. is able to expose your livestock to buyers across the nation via a live video cam (streaming video over the internet) by clicking on the following link www.lmaauctions.com or you can access that webpage from our homepage. Follow the directions and prompts and then find Fallon Livestock Exchange in the list of active sales. You can also view the sale online as a consignor to see if your livestock have sold and what they sold for. Fallon Livestock Café is our on-site full service restaurant and is open to the public Monday through Friday from 6:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. and on sale days we are open from 6:30 A. M. to whenever. Our café provides home cooked meals, daily breakfast and lunch specials. We use only the freshest ingredients and all orders are cooked the way you want it. So after dropping off your livestock stop and see our friendly staff in the Fallon Livestock Café and enjoy a good meal or hot fresh cup of coffee and a piece of fresh baked pie. Between the many services available that we offer here at the Fallon Livestock Exchange, Inc. and our friendly knowledgeable marketing staff with over 40 years of combined experience in marketing livestock, you as a consignor can rest assured that you will get full market value for your livestock. |
